The guest house, its park and the swimming pool are situated on a one and a half hectare plot of land with two ponds. The layout of the buildings makes it feel like a small hamlet.

The house is well isolated from the other houses but still less than 800 m from the centre of the village of THENAY.

On one side, the main house is a large farmhouse over a century and a half old.

The double rooms "Chez Flora" and "Chez Manon" are located in this part of the house. They have independent entrances so that everyone can feel at home.

On the other side, a house from the end of the 19th century has also been beautifully restored. The two family rooms, "Chez Maëlle" and "Chez Léonie" occupy the ground and first floors of this house. They also have their own entrance.

At the end of the farmhouse, but separated from the main house by a courtyard allowing you to park your car under cover, is the gîte "Au Four à Pain": this is the oldest building.

The land, the ponds and the swimming pool

The grounds are planted with trees and are suitable for walking or relaxing around the two ponds.

On the larger pond, a small island is accessible by a bridge. Benches have been installed for a relaxing moment in the shade of the ash trees.
You can use the swimming pool under certain conditions (see "practical information"). The pool is equipped with a heat pump to extend the season, and covered with a tarpaulin when not in use.

Outdoor facilities

Also accessible to all : a petanque court and a children's portico, a table tennis table, a small house with various outdoor games. Benches and tables spread around the grounds, around the ponds or on the island allow you to take full advantage of this magnificent environment.
